General Terms and Conditions

of the online shop Sheybi.jewels

  1. General

All services provided by the online shop for the customer are provided exclusively on the basis of the following general terms and conditions. Deviating regulations only apply if they have been individually agreed between the online shop and the customer

2. Conclusion of contract

2.1 The offers of the online shop on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods in the online shop.

2.2 By ordering the desired goods on the Internet, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

2.3 The online shop confirms receipt of the order immediately, at the latest after receipt of the order. The order confirmation and the receipt of a telephone order do not constitute a legal acceptance on our part. We only accept the offer when we ship the goods to you. You will receive a written shipping confirmation by email. The customer is bound to his offer.

2.4 The subject matter of the contract is the goods ordered by the customer. With regard to the quality, the description of the offer applies, otherwise § 434 paragraph 1 sentence 3 BGB applies.

3rd delivery

3.1 All items will be delivered immediately, if available from stock.

Delivery takes place within Germany as well as in EU and non-EU countries

3.2            The delivery time within Germany is a maximum of 3-14 working days, unless otherwise stated in the offer. The delivery takes place at the latest within 14 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank (in the case of advance payment) or after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of cash on delivery or purchase on account).

For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is a maximum of 14 working days, unless otherwise stated in the offer. The delivery takes place at the latest within 14 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank (in the case of advance payment) or after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of cash on delivery or purchase on account).

3.3          If an item is not available at short notice, we will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery time, provided we have an address from you.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Packaging and shipping costs

4.1 We offer the following shipping methods: Parcel service DHL/Deutsche Post.

4.2 We charge €4.99 for delivery within Germany and packaging costs.

  • For deliveries abroad within the EU we charge €14.99.
  • Outside the EU €34.99

4.3 For orders with an order value above 50.00 EUR we deliver within Germany

5. Payment, retention of title

5.1 According to § 19 UStG, the invoice amount does not include sales tax.

5.2 The following payment methods are possible for delivery:

The buyer pays the purchase price via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.As part of the ordering process, after selecting this option, you will be automatically forwarded to PayPal. The customer is obliged to pay the invoice amount within 7 working days.

We will give you the bank details in the order confirmation. The goods will only be sent after receipt of payment.

  • Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods.
  • Payment in installments: You can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments under the conditions specified in the checkout.
    • Sofortüberweisung: The prerequisite is online banking access. This option allows you to make a real-time, secure payment.

After you have decided on the Klarna payment method, you will be automatically forwarded to Klarna's secure form for all payment options.

5.3 The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made (retention of title according to §§158, 449 BGB). The customer must inform us immediately about enforcement measures by third parties in relation to the goods subject to retention of title and hand over the documents required for an intervention; this also applies to impairments of any other kind. Irrespective of this, the customer must inform third parties in advance of the rights to the goods.

  1. Warranty

If the supplementary performance has taken place by way of a replacement delivery, the customer is obliged to return the goods delivered first to us within 30 days at our expense. The defective goods must be returned in accordance with the statutory provisions. We reserve the right to claim damages under the statutory conditions.

If the customer does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or another EU member state, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our place of business.
